REVIEW and ANNOUNCEMENTS
Dr. Jerry Goebel
Most presidents are aged by threats to global peace or economic stability, but Trump has no empathy. What is aging him is the fear that the Epstein Files will be released. Keep up the pressure; demand the files!

The most successful strategy that affects President 47 is keeping attention on the Epstein Files. Don’t let him distract you; keep asking why he won’t release them. https://youtu.be/_KywDujjLnc?si=n6C67KNx6MPusFls

The Anti-Trump Strategy That’s Actually Working
The job ages most presidents because of threats to global peace or economic crises, but President 47 is a narcissist and feels no empathy. What is obviously aging him are the Epstein files. This article points out how terrified Trump is that this will become his legacy: the abuse of power and money by billionaires (including himself) to force teenage girls to have sex with them. Our best strategy to wear down this president is to keep up the pressure and force the administration to release the files. Donny will do anything (or sell anyone) to distract us from these files. Don’t let him. Stay razor sharp and keep bringing them up whenever possible. Ask those you know who have supported this predator why they think Trump is having them buried. Keep pressing.

Is this the moment when America tips into authoritarianism?
This interview of Garrett Graff, bestselling author about key moments in U.S. history, is crucial to understanding the new turf we are facing, not just under Trump, but from Project 2025. Graff argues that authoritarianism “has” arrived, not “will” arrive, and the actions of this administration in August are proof of that arrival. He cites the occupation of the capital and the search of Trump antagonist, John Bolton’s, unwarranted home invasion as prime examples, also the takeover of the Kennedy Center and the Smithsonian. The behavior of these federal agents, Graff points to agents, “operating in masks, operating without normal law enforcement identification and credentials, operating with unmarked vehicles—things that we would recognize normally as abuses of civil rights and civil liberties.” All point to a takeover by this authoritarian regime. As this president threatens to send National Guard soldiers to 17 cities across the United States, we must stay aware; this is not the government acting on behalf of its people; it is an authoritarian regime acting to silence dissent. If you’re not actively against this regime, you are supporting it.

2 firefighters arrested by Border Patrol while working active fire in Wash.
I highlight this article because it points out the obtuse and asinine policies of this administration. Two firefighters, bravely working to stop a forest blaze in the state of Washington, were arrested and removed by Trump’s henchmen. The ridiculousness of this action, arresting people who are putting their lives at risk and actually working to protect this nation, is taken by minions of a fascist regime that is blindly undermining the country. What an analogy for the state of this administration: arrest people who are preventing the country from burning down.

The Wannabe Dictator
Jim Acosta’s commentary this morning focuses on this Administration’s attempts to make the President a dictator. Acosta analyzes the blatant moves this President has taken (and continues to take) and points out that Trump began this campaign by telling Sean Hannity and the American people he was going to be a dictator. Yet, he was elected; both by those who voted and those who stayed home. The truth is apparent: if you are not resisting this administration, you are supporting it. Each of us will be accountable for the actions we took at this time to either stop this takeover or to support it through our silent acquiescence.

As Ms. Cox Richardson points out in this commentary, President 47 is becoming increasingly vocal about pulling out all the stops and claiming a dictatorship. He surrounds himself with sycophants and holds three-hour “Dear Leader” meetings resembling the fawning tribute gatherings of North Korea’s Kim Jong Un. Trump goes further by saying the U.S. public supports having him become a dictator (he has made this statement twice this week). Sadly, polling says that a large percentage (75% according to the Washington Post—a Jeff Bezos enterprise) of Republicans actually do support this claim. Using these skewed numbers and the praise of his cultic followers, the President is continuing his efforts to take over cities with Democrat leaders in Blue States. The primary goal of this President at this time is to keep us from delving into the Epstein files. We need to keep our eye on that ball. We need to keep pressing on that point because it is one of the only areas that Democrats and some Republicans agree on. Which is why the Predator-in-Chief is scared. Most presidents fear failing economies or global conflicts; this president fears being outed for the sexual predator that he is. The stress is evidently aging him. We need to keep up the pressure and even intensify it. Don’t let this go!
